This class will release all the stress out of your body, make your legs and hips more flexible. Furthermore, it will balance out the tensions in your body. Ballet Workout is a unique method based on the basic elements of classical ballet. Accordingly, the program was specially designed so that no prior dance or fitness experience is needed and you can learn the basics of ballet in a short time. You will learn how to stretch in a correct and healthy way in a group of enthusiastic and friendly women.

    You will learn to control your body and simultaneously have a better understanding and feeling of your muscles. Specifically each class you will make progress and continue to stretch your limits. We exercise a high form of art and therefore have an accomplished, wonderful feeling after the class.

    What should I wear?

    You have to feel comfortable and be able to move. For example, for a trial lesson yoga or stretch pants, a top and socks are sufficient. Additionally for further lessons, ballet shoes and dance clothes are available at a low price on the site and at the spot. Lastly, make sure you have enough water to drink during class. So register now and come along for a trial lesson!

    So should I have previous experience?

    There is no experience or flexibility required for the Ballet Workout classes. Equally important, You don’t have to have a perfect body or be flexible. We will work on your flexibility, coordination musicality and learn to dance in class. Hence, we have a non judgmental, complex free atmosphere in class where we work positively on our bodies and enjoy the feeling of dance and ballet.

    Can I come whenever I want?

    Yes, you can choose the day you would like to come to class and start anytime from sept-june. Furthermore, our schedule is flexible and you can choose a different day every week. 

    What if I skip the class for a week?

    It’s not a problem, you can pick up whenever you can again. In the end, it’s best if you keep a regular schedule for your classes. However if you happen to be unable to come for a period of time you may pick up again as soon as you can again. In fact the most important is to pick up your good habits again.

    Will there be performances?

    We organise a yearly performance that you can be part of as an adult beginners ballet. However it’s not obligated to participate. You may practise the choreography at the end of class and as the year progresses see if you are ready to participate in the show. Accordingly your personal goals can be set higher. Nevertheless it’s an incredible experience and great opportunity to be on stage and dance a beautiful choreography in a real ballet costume. For now just come to class and make a first step towards your ballet goals and dreams.

    Is Stretching class for me even if I am not skinny, fit or very young?

    All ages and sizes are welcome. Of course you will never be judged by anybody in our classes. Everyone exercises together and works on themselves. Of course we do so in a truly positive and comfortable atmosphere. Only in a positive environment real progress can be made.

    Is stretching the same as Yoga?
    Yoga and stretching classes for adults might seem similar if you aren’t practising in our Stretching classes but they are two very different practices. In order to achieve a healthy, more limber body, stretching is also something you need to consider. Stretching will help you achieve a balance in the joints and muscles. Furthermore the exercises help to improve your posture, flexibility and circulation.
    Finally, when can I start?

    Register through the registration form on our website and start the first upcoming class. Thus, don’t wait for too long to start otherwise you will lose your motivation.
