You have to feel comfortable and be able to move. For example, for a trial lesson yoga or stretch pants, a top and socks are sufficient. Additionally for further lessons, ballet shoes and dance clothes are available at a low price on the site and at the spot. Lastly, make sure you have enough water to drink during class. There is no experience or flexibility required for the Ballet Workout classes. Equally important, You don’t have to have a perfect body or be flexible. We will work on your flexibility, coordination musicality and learn to dance in class. Hence, we have a non judgmental, complex free atmosphere in class where we work positively on our bodies and enjoy the feeling of dance and ballet.
Yes, you can choose the day you would like to come to class and start anytime from sept-june. Furthermore, our schedule is flexible and you can choose a different day every week.
It’s not a problem, you can pick up whenever you can again. In the end, it’s best if you keep a regular schedule for your classes. However if you happen to be unable to come for a period of time you may pick up again as soon as you can again. In fact the most important is to pick up your good habits again.
We organise a yearly performance that you can be part of as an adult beginners ballet. However it’s not obligated to participate. You may practise the choreography at the end of class and as the year progresses see if you are ready to participate in the show. Accordingly your personal goals can be set higher. Nevertheless it’s an incredible experience and great opportunity to be on stage and dance a beautiful choreography in a real ballet costume. For now just come to class and make a first step towards your ballet goals and dreams.
All ages and sizes are welcome. Of course you will never be judged by anybody in our classes. Everyone exercises together and works on themselves. Of course we do so in a truly positive and comfortable atmosphere. Only in a positive environment real progress can be made.
