Ballet Workout Method
A unique method based on the basic elements of classical ballet. The program was specially designed so that no prior dance or fitness experience is needed. All children from 3 till 12 years old and women from 16 till 70 years old are welcome. We will be strengthening muscles, developing flexibility, achieving split goals and doing cardio, all this on classical music. By bringing the artistic and physical together we work on body and soul at the same time. We exercise a high form of art and have an accomplished, wonderful feeling after the class. Welcome!
During the workout hour we will be using muscles that you don’t use in everyday life but that are responsible for a correct body posture.
