As in elite sports, professional ballet where you dance up to 10 hours a day can lead to injury. If you take up to 1 or 2 hours a day of classes aimed at beginners, the program is modified and the classes are taught under professional guidance. Furthermore, ballet is very good for your posture, flexibility and strength.
We pay much attention to the correct form of each exercise, which also makes you more aware of your body and thus less likely to get injured. The exercises in our classes are adapted to a beginner’s level.
Register through the registration form on our website and start with the next class. So do not wait too long to start otherwise you will lose your motivation.
