Our exercise program will enable you to stay in shape, feel better and stay inspired week after week. For best results, maintain a consistent routine. You can take ballet workout or stretching classes individually or bring a friend. A private lesson is also possible upon request.

For children’s classes, we strongly recommend 2 classes per week.
