Movement of the arms in which you move the arms to different positions. The shoulders remain down and the movement is continuous. The shape of the arms is nicely rounded, without angular or “hanging” elbows or fingers sticking out. Fingers are in a naturally relaxed posture, the pad of the thumb facing the lower cushion of the middle finger. The fingers should not be too straight and should not be drooping either. Don’t forget to support your wrists, keep them in the line of your arms.
