Our method is effective for children starting from 3-12 years. We teach ballet in a homely, positive and creative atmosphere. We develop their socio-emotional skills, ability to work in a group and have good social contacts.
This class will release all the stress out of your body, make your legs and hips more flexible and balance out the tensions in your body. You will learn how to stretch in a correct and healthy way in a group of enthusiastic and friendly women.
Get private classes given by a professional ballerina! Whether you are a beginners ballet, a professional dancer or sports athlete. In this class you will receive 100% of the attention and individual approach from your professional ballet master.
Ballet Workout is a unique method based on the basic elements of classical ballet. These classes are suitable for beginners and women with previous experience in ballet. Everyone from 16 till 70 years old is welcome.
Ballet Workout Method
A unique method based on the basic elements of classical ballet. The program was specially designed so that no prior dance or fitness experience is needed. All children from 3 till 12 years old and women from 16 till 70 years old are welcome. We will be strengthening muscles, developing flexibility, achieving split goals and doing cardio, all this on classical music. By bringing the artistic and physical together we work on body and soul at the same time. We exercise a high form of art and have an accomplished, wonderful feeling after the class. Welcome!

During the workout hour we will be using muscles that you don’t use in everyday life but that are responsible for a correct body posture.

For all children from 3 till 12 years old with a passion for ballet. Many of our students are preparing for a professional ballet career.
